摘要
本文讨论了不同基本培养基(MS、KC、B5、1/2MS),不同培养基添加物(马铃薯提取液、香蕉汁)及浓度、植物激素(NAA、IAA、IBA)及浓度和培养基的pH值等对环草石斛试管苗壮苗的影响。试验结果表明:壮苗阶段以KC或B5、1/2MS为基本培养基较佳,添加20%香蕉和2.0mg/LNAA较好,培养基pH5.5偏酸性环境适合于生长。
The effects of different basic media (MS, B 5, KC and 1/2 MS), different organic compounds (Potato extract and Banana juice) and concentration, different plant growth regulators and concentration and different pH values on the growth of Dendrobium loddigesii Rolfe were described. Experimental results showed that the KC, B 5, 1/2 MS mediums were suitable to the growth.20% banana juice in combination with 2.0 mg/L NAA added apparently promoted root formation and plantlet growth. The pH value of 5.5 was optimal for the growth of seedling.
