摘要
提出一种新型堆积式半导体激光器(LD)光束整形方案,材料为K9玻璃,其入射面为一长方形,出射面为一正方形,一个侧面为平面,另一个为斜面,斜面倾角为3°。利用此棱镜对LD输出光束进行变换,可得到7mm×7mm的正方形光斑,光强起伏小于5%,在此范围内的光能量占总辐射能量77%。
A novel beam shaping scheme made of K9 glass for laser diode (LD) stack is proposed. The operation of these devices relies on the combined effects of lensing at their input surface and channeling by total internal reflection off their canted planar sides of 3°. The characteristics of the beam shapping system are presented. Analysis shows that an square light spot of 7 mm × 7 mm can be obtained by using this system, the undulation of the light intensity is less than 5%, and the light energy in this area is 77% of the total emitting energy.
