摘要
论述了图书馆在图书采购中推行政府采购制度的优点及意义,对实践中出现的问题和弊端进行了探讨,提出了相应的解决方法。
This paper discusses on the advantages and significance of promotin g the government procurement system in the library's books purchasing, probes in to some problems and defects occurring in the practice of the government procure ment system, and puts forward corresponding solving methods.
