摘要
测定了７２例食管癌病人外周血和癌组织中Ｔ细胞亚群、自然杀伤细胞活性（ＮＫ）、抗体依赖细胞毒活性（ＡＤＣＣ）、淋巴细胞转化率（ＬＴ）、免疫球蛋白和补体Ｃ３。结果表明，食管癌病人外周血及癌组织中Ｔ细胞亚群及ＴＨ／ＴＳ明显改变，ＮＫ、ＡＤＣＣ、ＬＴ有程度不同的降低；外周血中ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＡ、Ｃ３均明显升高以及癌组织中ＩｇＧ直接荧光染色阳性与肿瘤转移密切相关。
In 72 patients with esophageal cancer changes of immunological functions including T lymphocyte subsets, NK, ADCC, lymphocyte transformation(LT),immunoglobulins and C3 in the peripheral blood were studied. In this series, T lymphocyte subsets and TH/TS of peripheral blood and in the tumor tissue were obviously changed and dysfunction of NK, ADCC and LT were observed; the IgG, IgA, C3 in the peripheral blood were markedly increased and a close correlation existed between IgG direct immunofluorescence staining and tumor metastasis.
