摘要
从晶体管的Ebers-moll模型入手,结合电源正负限运算放大器的电路结构,详细分析了电源正负限运放实现电源正负限输入和正负限输出的原理,并指出了使用电源正负限运放应当注意的问题。
From the study of Ebers-moll model of transistors, in combination with the circuit structures of rail to rail operational amplifiers the principles of negative-position power input and output of the rail to rail operation amplifier are analyzed in detail, the problems which shall pay attention to are pointed out.
