术中保温干预对婴幼儿凝血功能及出血量的影响 被引量:33

摘要 目的探讨婴幼儿腹部手术期间采取保温干预对其凝血功能及出血量的影响。方法将36例腹部手术婴幼儿分为对照组与观察组各18例。对照组术中室温22.00~24.00℃,输入液体、血液不作加温处理;观察组采取提高室温(24.00~26.00℃),输入液体、血液及冲洗液加温等保温措施。测量患儿术前、术后体温、凝血指标及术中出血量,并进行比较。结果观察组手术前后体温及各指标均无明显变化(均P>0.05),而对照组均变化明显(均P<0.01);观察组术中出血量显著少于对照组。结论婴幼儿腹部手术期间采取保温干预可维护其凝血功能,从而减少出血量。 Objective To explore the effects o f the hypothermia on coagulation and blood loss during laparotomy in infants. Methods Thirty-six infants receiving abdominal surgeries were divi ded into an experimental group and a control group, with 18 cases in each group. The infants in the control group received operation in a room of 22.00-24.00 ℃ and the liquid and blood were not warmed before administation. In the experimen tal group, the room temperature was increased to 24.00-26.00 ℃ and the liquid, blood and flushing water were subjected to warming before administration . Th e body temperature, coagulation indice, blood loss before and after operation w ere measured and compared. Results In the experimental group, n o significant changes in the body temperture and other parameters were observed before and after operation (P>0.05 for all). In the control group, there was significant differences in the parameters before and after operation (P<0.0 1 for all). The blood loss in the experimental group was less than that of the c ontrols.Conclusion The low body temperature may increase blood l oss in infants during abdominal operation. A variety of measures can be taken to prevent the low body temperature.
