护理本科生对护理专业认知的调查与分析 被引量:52

Investigation and analysis of the specialty recognition among undergraduate nursing students

摘要 目的:了解和分析护理专业本科生对护理专业认知及其变化,找出学生获得护理专业信息来源的途径,以期为建立科学的、有针对性的护理专业情感教育实施方案,为改进课程设置提供依据。方法:对我院2002级护理专业本科生进行问卷调查,包括护生入校志愿选择及其影响因素,对护理专业一般知识和护理工作内容认识,及其获得护理专业信息来源三方面。调查时间分别在第一学年入校后一周内和第二学年开学后第一周内。结果:入校初对护理专业感兴趣的学生仅占2.9%,有64.7%的学生没有认识到护理是一门专业。经过一年学习,有90%以上的护生明确了护士需要为病人提供心理支持、健康教育和咨询,并参与科研、教学、管理等工作,有412%护生认为获得护理专业信息主要是通过专题教育。结论:护生入校一年后对护理专业的一般知识和护理工作内容的认识有明显提高。 To find out and analyze the specialty recognition and its change among undergraduate nursing students. To find out their pathway of obtaining information about nursing specialty. To establish scientific and appropriate program for nursing specialty feeling education and to offer foundation for improving nursing curricula setting. Method: Investigating the grade 2002 undergraduate nursing students in our school. The questionnaire included three parts: the specialty will selection and its influence factors; the recognition about the common knowledge about nursing specialty and nursing work; the pathway of obtaining information about nursing specialty. The investigation was given two times: the first week of the first academic year; the first week of the second academic year. Results: Only 2.9 percent of students were interested in nursing specialty and 64. 7 percent of students didn' t realize that nursing is a specialty in the first week of the first academic year. After one year, over 90 percent of students pinpoint that nurses should provide psychological support, health education and consultation and take part in nursing research, education and nursing management. Special subject education was believed as the main pathway to obtain information about nursing specialty by 41.2 percent of students. Conclusion: After one year s study, the recognition about the common knowledge about nursing specialty and its work content was significantly improved among the undergraduate nursing students.
