摘要
本文以台湾流通连锁产业为例,研究了企业伦理价值、组织承诺以及人员与组织配适关系。
With example of the circulation chain industry in Taiwan, the paper studied the Corporate Ethical value, the organizational Commitment as well as Person - Organizational Fit.
