武汉市2001~2003年法定报告传染病疫情分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的 比较2 0 0 1年、2 0 0 2年和2 0 0 3年武汉市传染病报告发病情况,揭示武汉市传染病疫情报告存在问题,以采取措施保证疫情报告及时而准确,为防病工作提供科学依据。方法 应用《国家疾病报告管理信息系统》软件汇总区疾病预防控制中心报告的疫情资料,对重点传染病作流行病学分析。结果 甲、乙类传染病年均报告发病率为2 10 .4 1/10万,2 0 0 2年最低(198.31/10万) ,2 0 0 3年最高(2 34.78/10万) ,血源及性传播疾病、呼吸道传染病发病率逐年上升,2 0 0 3年新增病种传染性非典型肺炎。结论 传染病疫情报告是传染病预防控制的基础工作,及时、准确、规范的疫情报告是做好传染病防制工作和控制突发疫情的关键,也是评价防治措施效果和研究流行规律的重要依据。2 0 0 3年武汉市疫情报告基本实现网络直报,2 0 0 4年要求法定报告传染病登记报告率达到95 %以上,针对存在的问题,我们应当采取措施保证疫情报告的准确、及时,为防病工作提供科学依据。 Objective The purpose of this analysis was, by comparing the reported onsets of communicable diseases in Wuhan City of 2001-2003, to find the potentially present problems and guarantee timely and accurate reporting of epidemic situation as well as provide a scientific basis for the prevention of diseases. Methods The 'National Management Information System for Disease Reporting' software was employed to gather epidemic data from CDC of each district, and epidemiological analysis was made for key infectious diseases. Results The annual average morbidity rate of class A and B communicable diseases was 210.41/lakh, with the lowest of 198.31/lakh in 2002 and the highest of 234.78/lakh in 2003; the morbidity rate of blood-source and sexual transmission diseases as well as respiratory infectious diseases were increasing year after year, in addition to which a new disease entity called SARS occurred in 2003. Conclusion Reporting of epidemic situation is fundamental to the prophylaxis and control of infectious diseases, the timeliness, correctness and standardization of which is not only crucial to the prevention and cure of infectious diseases and control accidental epidemics, but also an important foundation of assessing efficacies of preventive measures and studying epidemic rules. In 2003, online direct reporting of epidemic situation was basically established in Wuhan city, while in 2004, the registration and reporting rate of notifiable diseases should be required to surpass 95%. Aiming at the present problems, we should apply appropriate measures to warrant in-time and accurate epidemic reporting in order to afford scientific basis for prevention of diseases.
