摘要
概述了精铸热锻模具的国内外应用状况,分析了精铸热锻模具在国内应用中存在的问题,精铸热锻模具钢合金化不合理、对精铸热锻模具钢韧性要求过高、对精铸热锻模具制造过程的控制不够严格和精铸热锻模具钢的热疲劳抗力和高温耐磨性不高等是国内精铸热锻模具未广泛应用的主要原因。采用新型精铸模具钢制备热锻模并进行现场应用。应用结果表明:精铸热锻模具具有性能高、寿命长、经济效益显著等明显的优势,精铸模具的寿命稳定达到5000件~7000件,比锻造模具寿命提高80%以上;精铸模具均以塑性变形、磨损失效和热疲劳为主要失效形式,已基本消除脆性断裂现象,因此热锻模的精铸是一个非常有前途的模具制造方法。
The paper summarizes the application state of precision casting of hot-forging die at home and abroad and also analyzes the reasons why it is not used widely domestically. The main obstacles are unreasonable alloying , high demand for impact toughness, careless control of making processes, lower thermal fatigue resistance and high-temperature wear resistance,etc.. The hot-forging dies made by new-type precision casting die steel are applied on site. The advantages of high properties, longer life and apparent economical benefits are obvious . The results show that the stable die life can reaches to 5000~7000 pieces, which is 80% higher than the dies by forging steel. The predominant failure patterns are plastic deformation, wear and thermal fatigue without brittle fracture. As a result, the precision casting of hot-forging dies are a prospective alternative for die-making.
