摘要
创新教育是现代教育心理学基本理论中最重要的组成部分,医学临床创新教学的成功开展,离不开心理学指导.本文从创新能力、激励机制、人格培养几方面提出了一些实施医学临床创新教学不能忽略的心理学因素.
Innovation-oriented education is the most important component of the basic theories in modern educational psychology. The success of innovation-oriented clinical teaching cannot do without psychological guidance. The paper discusses a few psychological factors related to innovation-oriented clinical teaching, i.e., innovative capability, stimulating mechanism and cultivation of personality.
