摘要
根据黄孢原毛平革菌的生长和代谢特点,设计了不同废水浓度、不同菌龄、不同温度、不同转速和不同pH值条件,研究黄孢原毛平革菌对工业印染废水的脱色效果。研究表明,印染废水最佳稀释倍数为8倍,脱色用菌丝球最佳接种菌龄为3d,脱色适宜温度为38℃,摇床转速为150~180r/min,脱色初始pH值为3.4~4.6。
The present paper aims to introduce the author′s research on the decolorization rate of industrial dyeing wastewater by Phanerochaete chrysosporium. As is known, there is plenty of refractory organics in industrial dyeing wastewater, it is highly detrimental to discharge such wastewater directly into the surrounding environment without being properly treated. In order to solve this kind of wastewater pollution, we have studied different decolorized conditions, such as diluted times, age of pellets, temperature, rotation speed and pH value. The optimum diluted times, age of pellets, decolorized temperature, rotation speed and pH are suggested as 8 times, 3 days, 38 ℃, 150180 r/min and 3.44.6, respectively.
