摘要
根据国产不同类型天然气压缩机组的实际情况,以设备综合工程学为理论基础,建立压缩机组技术水平评价指标体系的层次模型,通过模型分解,在借鉴国外先进技术、实地调研、查阅标准文献、咨询专家的基础上建立其评价标准,并研究开发了加气站设备技术水平计算机辅助评价软件.为政府职能部门进行CNG汽车加气站设备技术水平评价时提供决策依据,也可为压缩机组生产制造厂设备改型换代提供科技攻关方向.
According to the practical condition of different types of domestic natural gas compressors,a layered model of assessment of technical level for compressor units was developed on theoretical basis of equipment general engineering science.Through model analysis and taking world advanced technology,the assessment criteria was developed on the basis of on-spot investigation,consultation of the literatures of standards,and consultation with experts.A computer aided assessment software of technical level of the equipments for gas station was also investigated and developed,providing a basis of decision making for governmental authorities to assess the technical level of equipments of CNG automobile gas station as well as providing research direction for the manufacturers of compressors to remodel relevant equipments.
