摘要
目的:观察舒络胶囊(水蛭、蜈蚣、川芎等)对血小板聚集和血栓形成的影响。方法:大鼠均分为大中小3剂量,灌胃给药;用二磷酸腺苷(ADP)、胶原(COL),花生四烯酸(AA)诱导大鼠血小板聚集;采用大鼠动静脉旁路和电刺激大鼠静总动脉两种血栓形成方法;以阿司匹林为阳性对照。结果:舒络胶囊大中剂量组均能明显抑制ADP、胶原、AA诱导大鼠的血小板最大聚集率,显著抑制两种方法引起的大鼠的血栓形成。结论:舒络胶囊具有抑制大鼠血栓形成和抗血小板聚集作用。
AIM: To observe the effect of Shule Capsule (Himdo, Scolopendra, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, etc.) on the antiplatelet aggregation and antithrombotic in rats. METHODS: The rats were divided into three groups: high-dose group((2.5) g/kg), middle-dose group ((1.25) g/kg), low-dose group((0.6) g/kg), given Shule Capsule ig, once daily 5 d. The control group was fed Aspirin. The effects of Shule Capsule were observed on platelet aggregation induced by ADP, COL, AA. Experimental rat's thrombosis was induced by method of “arterio-venous shunt and electro-stimrlating”. RESULTS: Shule Capsule had synergistic inhibitory effects on platelet aggregate and experimental rat's thrombosis. CONCLUSION: Shule Capsule has an effect on the antiplatelet aggregation and antithrombotic in rats. and
