摘要
近年来,高等教育的办学规模日益扩大,教育经费的需求日趋紧张。尽管国家财政对高等教育的投资总量在逐年增长,但是随着高等教育运营成本的上升,从大学的经费来源上看,国家财政占高教投资的比重反而呈下降趋势。在这种情况下,合理安排高教投资的来源与运用,合理确定高等学校的学费标准,既可以体现教育公平,又能保证社会经济的可持续发展。
With the extension of higher education in scale in recent years, the demand for more education expense has become increasingly intense. Although national finance has increased the investment of higher education year by year, the proportion of public finance in higher education investment is showing a tendency to decrease because of the ever-increasing expenditure in running higher education. Under these circumstances, arranging the source and expenditure of higher education investment rationally and establishing a reasonable tuition standard of higher education not only embody the education equality, but also guarantee the sustainable development of social economy.
