硒锌对氟致胶原组织损伤的拮抗作用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨硒、锌对氟致胶原组织损伤的拮抗作用。方法给Wistar大鼠饮用含NaF(100mg/L)的蒸馏水90d,同时灌胃给予Na2SeO30·1mg/kg,体重和/或ZnSO417·5mg/kg,体重。检测大鼠尿液中羟脯氨酸的含量,使用超微病理方法观察骨胶原结构。结果氟可使大鼠尿液中羟脯氨酸的含量显著升高,并使胶原纤维排列紊乱。给予Na2SeO3或/和ZnSO4使尿液中羟脯氨酸的含量降低,减轻胶原纤维排列紊乱程度。结论Na2SeO3或/和ZnSO4可不同程度地拮抗氟的胶原毒性,Na2SeO3与ZnSO4合用和ZnSO4的拮抗作用强于Na2SeO3。 Objective To investigate the antagonistic effects of selenium and zinc on collagenous tissue impairments induced by fluoride. Methods Wistar rats were provided with distilled water containing NaF(100 mg/L),and were administered through gavage with Na_2SeO_3(0.1 mg/kg body weight)and/or ZnSO_4(17.5 mg/kg body weight)for 90 days.The concentration of hydroxyproline in urine of rats were measured.Electronic microscope was used to observe the structure of collagenous tissue. Results Fluoride could promote the concentration of hydroxyproline in urine of rats,and cause collagenous fiber disorder.Providing Na_2SeO_3 and/or ZnSO_4 could reduce the concentration of hydroxypreline in urine and the degree of collagenous fiber disorder. Conclusion Na_2SeO_3 and/or ZnSO_4 could anatagonize the toxic effects of fluoride on collagenous tissue.The cooperative anatagonistic effects of Na_2SeO_3 and ZnSO_4 and the anatagonistic effects of ZnSO_4 is more powerful than Na_2SeO_3.
