摘要
针对可锻铸铁退火周期长、石墨粗大、碳化物消除不彻底、退火工件力学性能低和使用寿命短的问题,对它的退火工艺进行了改进。结果表明,可锻铸铁铸件新的石墨化退火工艺比传统工艺时间缩短约50%,并获得了石墨核心多、晶粒细小均匀以及无碳化物的显微组织,其综合力学性能超过了现行国际标准规定。
The heat treating process was improved for the malleable cast iron, in accordance with its long annealing period, coarse graphite, residual carbide, lower mechanical properties and limited serve life. The results show that compared with the traditional process, the graphitizing annealing time of new process is saved about 50%, and the microstructures, with uniform fine grain, a lot of graphite nuclei and free from carbide is obtained. The comprehensive mechanical properties are better than those of present international standard.
