摘要
目的探讨二氧化碳(CO2)作为阴性对比剂在多层螺旋CT(MSCT)诊断肺栓塞(PE)中的可行性。材料与方法6只用明胶海绵建立了PE模型后的犬分别用CO2作为阴性对比剂、碘对比剂作为阳性对比剂行MSCT血管造影检查,对所得两组图像进行比较。结果60mlCO2可使肺动脉充分显影,CO2CT血管成像和碘对比剂CT血管成像都显示了肺动脉内的栓子,栓子在前者图像上比后者更清晰。结论用CO2作为阴性对比剂行MSCT扫描对诊断PE是可行的。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of using multi-slice spiral computed tomography (MSCT) with carbon dioxide(CO_2) as a negative contrast agent for detecting pulmonary embolism (PE) in a dog model.Materials and Methods 6 dogs with PE were underwent thoracic imaging with MSCT using CO_2 as a negative contrast agent and iodine contrast material as a positive contrast agent. The images of two kinds of contrast MSCT scans were compared.Results An infusion of 60 ml CO_2 was sufficient to enhance the entire pulmonary artery.Both the CO_2- and iodine contrast-enhanced scans demonstrated thrombi. Thrombi were more clear on the CO_2-enhanced CT scans than that on the iodine contrast-enhanced scans.Conclusion MSCT scan of pulmonary emboli with CO_2 as a negative contrast agent is feasible.
