摘要 采用长链伯胺类表面活性剂作为模板剂,通过中性表面活性剂胶束(S0)与中性无机硅母体之间(I0)的氢键作用与自组装途径(即S0I0模板途径)合成了骨架含钛的中孔分子筛TiHMS。系统地研究了Si与Ti的摩尔比(vSi/vTi)、硅源及模板剂分子的碳链长度、钛源、模板剂/硅源的摩尔比(vHAD/vTEOS)等因素对TiHMS分子筛结构的影响。考察了Ti-HMS分子筛对苯乙烯的催化氧化性能。结果表明,只有在vSi/vTi>30时,分子筛产物才具有较高的比表面积和结构有序度。模板剂分子的碳链越长,则得到的TiHMS分子筛的孔容及孔径越大。vHAD/vTEOS=0.3时合成的分子筛比表面积最大。有机钛源(TEOT、TPOT、TBOT)分子的碳链长度对分子筛结构与物理化学性能无显著影响。 Titanium-containing mesoporous molecular sieves Ti-HMS were synthesized through a neutral templating route based on hydrogen-bond interactions and self-assembly between neutral surfactant micelles (S0) and neutral inorganic precursors (I0) (namely S0I0 templating route) by using the long-chain primary amine surfactants as templates. Influences of molar ratio of Si to Ti (vSi/vTi) in reactants, Si sources, chain length in template molecule, Ti sources and the molar ratio of template to Si source (vHAD/vTEOS) on structure of Ti-HMS were investigated respectively. The catalytic oxidation performance of the synthesized Ti-HMS for styrene oxidation reaction was valued as well. The experimental results showed that Ti-HMS with high BET surface area and high ordered structure could be obtained when vSi/vTi > 30. The pore volume and the pore size increase with the increase of the chain length in template molecule. The biggest BET surface area of Ti-HMS could be obtained when vHAD/vTEOS was 0.3. The influences of carbon chain length of organic titanium sourcesCsuch as TEOT, TPOT, TBOT) on structure and catalytic performance of Ti-HMS were not remarkable.
