采用CuCl_2-La(NO_3)_3/AC吸附剂从乙烯-乙烷混合气中分离乙烯的研究 被引量:5

摘要 通过活性炭(AC)载体和铜母体的选择以及载体的表面改性和助剂的引入,制备出对乙烯具有较好选择性吸附的CuCl2-La(NO3)3/AC吸附剂。考察了不同温度、压力条件下该吸附剂对乙烯-乙烷混合气中乙烯的吸附量和乙烯/乙烷分离因数。结果表明,该吸附剂经再生后性能得到改善,在总压0.45MPa、吸附温度40℃的条件下,乙烯吸附量为1.499mmol/g,分离因数为3.74。经5次使用,该吸附剂性能保持稳定。测定了纯乙烯和乙烯乙烷混合气中乙烯在该吸附剂上的吸附等温线,并得到了拟合的Langmuir方程。 CuCl2-La(NO3)3/AC adsorbent with perfect selective adsorption for ethylene was prepared through the steps of the selection of activated carbon (AC) support and Cu precursors, and surface modification of the support. The adsorption amount of ethylene and the separation factor in ethylene-ethane mixture were investigated under different temperatures and pressures. The results showed that under the conditions of 0.45 MPa and 40°C, adsorption amount of ethylene was 1.499 mmol/g and separation factor was 3.74, and that performance of CuCl2-La(NO3)3/AC (modified by 30% HNO3) for ethylene adsorption was improved after the first use, then kept almost constant even after reused for five times. The adsorption balance isotherms of ethylene (pure ethylene and ethylene-ethane binary mixture) on this adsorbent were preferential isotherms and fitted Langmuir equations were attained.
