摘要
研究了热轧加热温度和加工率对钼板材组织、性能和成材率的影响,结果表明:偏高的热轧温度将使板材的脆性增加,延伸率和弯曲角降低,使冷轧的加工性能显著降低,并直接影响成品性能和生产的成材率。而1300℃左右的开坯温度和20%以上的加工率将有利于钼板轧制生产的进行。
<Abstrcat>Study is made of the effect of hot-rolling heating temperature and deformation rate on Mo plate structure,property and product rate.The results showed that higher hot-rolling temperature resulted in larger brittleness and smaller elogation and bending angle,as will distintlt reduce the cold-rolling processing property and directly affect the finished product property and product rate.The ~1 300 ℃ cogging temperature and >20% deformation rate is good for Mo plate rolling.
