摘要
研究了Nd∶YAG激光抑制牙釉质龋损进展的有效性。48颗牙釉质块经过表面处理后,分为6组:0.01W,0.3W,0.8W,1W,1.4W激光照射组及对照组,每组8块,将对照组及激光处理后的牙釉质块分别投入到5mL乳酸液(0.1mol/L)中,置于37℃水浴中恒温72h。用显微硬度计及扫描电子显微镜对其硬度及表面形态进行研究,结果显示与对照组相比,0.3W激光照射组龋损程度最小(p<0.01),防龋作用显著。同时对激光防龋机理进行了探讨。提出恰当控制激光参数,使牙釉质表面瞬时温升为300℃~400℃时,可以达到最佳防龋效果。
The aim is to study the effect of Nd∶YAG l aser inhibiting caries progression in enamel.After surface treatment,48 enamel b locks were divided six groups of eight blocks per group:0.01W,0.3W,0.8W,1W,1.4W laser irradiation groups and control group.Enamel blocks after laser irradiation and control group were put into 5mL of lactate buffer solution (0.1mol/L),which were put in water of 37℃ for 72h.The hardness and morphology of enamel surface were investigated by microhardness meter and scanning electron microscopy.Compa red with the control group,the group with 0.3W laser treatment had the least car ies lesion (p<0.01).Finally,the mechanism of caries prevention by laser is d iscussed.With laser parameters being controlled suitably,the best caries inhibit ion can be achieved when the temperature rising of enamel surface is in the rang e of 300℃~400℃.
