摘要
针对在高功率固体激光器运行中对于光束指向性的严格要求,开展了对星光Ⅱ激光装置子束的角漂测量工作。在实验中采用了微米量级的光学测量显微镜,且在实验数据的统计分析过程当中考虑了激光器的内因和环境因素等外因对角漂的影响,利用均方根的概率统计方法对数据进行处理。研究结果表明,星光Ⅱ子束漂为1.55″±0.72″,基本达到了角漂量小于2″的设计运行指标,能够满足高功率固体激光器的打靶要求。
In accordance with the strict demand on the laser beam direction at high power solid-state lasers,the angle drift is measured at sub -laser in XG-Ⅱ.The micron quantity microscope is used in the experiment.The i nternal and external cause which bring about the angle drift are considered at t he process of analysis,the data is analysed and handled at root-mean-square.T he result is that the angle drift of sub-laser in XG-Ⅱ is 1.55″±0.72″,it a ttains the design objective of being smaller than 2″ and contents with the requ irement of shooting practice.
