摘要
针对黑河中游实施调水工程以来的情况,依据调水前后的相关数据,采用多种方法得出调水前后中游增泄下游水量的理论值和实测值;并通过对比分析评价了黑河调水和近期治理的效果,肯定了黑河中游实施调水工程后取得的成效。
In view of the situation after implementation of wate r adjustment of Heihe River middle reaches and according to obtained relative da ta, this article uses many kinds of water adjustment method to increase the theo retical and actual values of downstream releases. The water adjustment and manag ement effects in the near future are evaluated by comparison analysis. The effec tiveness of above-mentioned adjustment is confirmed.
