摘要
以Dawson型磷钼钒杂多酸盐为相转移催化剂,用过氧化氢水溶液为氧化剂,研究了苯甲醇液相选择氧化制苯甲醛的反应.系统考察了催化剂的类型、催化剂用量、反应温度和反应时间等因素对反应的影响.结果表明:(Cpry)6HP2Mo17VO62/H2O2/H2O是一可循环使用的苯甲醇选择氧化制苯甲醛的高效环境友好催化剂体系,适宜的反应条件为,催化剂用量2μmol,H2O210mmol,反应温度80℃,反应时间8h.
Dawson-type molybdovanadophoshoric cetyltrimethylammonium catalyzed selective oxidation of benzyl alcohol to benzaldehyde using hydrogen peroxide aqueous solution as oxidant has been investigated. The effects of various parameters including the nature and the amount of the catalysts, reaction temperature and reaction time were studied. The suitable reaction conditions for this reaction are 2 μmol (Cpry)_6H_7P_2Mo_(17)VO_(62) per 10 mmol benzyl alcohol, 80 ℃ for 8 h. (Cpry)_6H_7P_2Mo_(17)VO_(62) was found to be a suitable catalyst for the present reaction. Moreover, the uses of water as solvent and H_2O_2 as oxidant make this process to be an environmentally benign procedure.
