摘要
温热病当以“祛邪为要务”。然祛邪必首推“透邪”之法。“透邪” ,达邪也 ,不仅能透邪外出 ,而且能畅达邪郁之气机。津液耗伤是温热病基本特征。治疗当顾护阴液 ,“存得一津液 ,便有一分生机”。“透邪”与“存阴”乃治疗温热病的二大主要治法 ,但贵在二者并进 。
Treating febrile diseases should adhere to the principle that “eliminating pathogenic factors is the most important”. Expelling pathogenic factors cannot only remove the pathogenic factors but also make qi flow in harmonious way. Body fluid should be kept and protected since the damage to it is the main characteristic of febrile diseases. Expelling pathogenic factors and concentrating yin, two main methods in treating febrile disease, should be combined and applied according to the differentiation of syndromes.
