摘要 研究表明氧化型低密度脂蛋白是动脉粥样硬化疾病发生发展的关键因素,多种致病因素可导致其在血清中浓度升高,同时该物质的抗体浓度也会升高。氧化型低密度脂蛋白血清中浓度的升高又能导致血栓类和其他心血管疾病的发生发展,检测其抗体可能预测心血管疾病发生及评价冠心病预后。 More and more basic researches have provided strong evidences that OX-LDL plays an important role in the development of arteriosclerosis disease. Several mechanisms have been identified which can lead to LDL oxidation in vivo. The level of anti-OXLDL is related to the level of OX-LDL in the serum of the atherosclerotic patients. OX-LDL can lead to other thrombotic diseases and cardiovascular diseases. So determination of the level of anti-OX- LDL can forecast the occurrence and evaluate the prognosis of cardiovascular diseases.
