摘要
以示踪响应法测定了北京燕山石油化工有限公司间二甲苯氧化反应器在10%,30%,70%液位的液相停留时间分布,考察了通气量0,12 000,13 600m3/h对反应器内物料停留时间的影响。在通气条件下得到不同液位时的液相停留时间分布及多釜串联模型参数。通过分析发现,反应器存在短路缺陷,气体的通入增加了返混,加剧了液相的短路现象。可在反应器内加装挡板以改进反应器内部结构,提高反应效率。
Residence time distributions of liquid phase in m-xylene oxidation reactor with different liquid levels (10%, 30% and 70%) and gas holdups were measured by means of tracer response method. Effects of gas flow rate (0, 12000, 13600 m3/h) on residence time distribution were investigated. Residence time distributions with different liquid levels in reactor and with gas bubbling through were obtained as will as parameters for cascade reactor model. Liquid flow in reactor was analyzed and discussed. Short pass of liquid and dead region in reactor existed. Internal structure of reactor and its efficiency could be improved by fixing additional baffles in reactor.
