摘要 建立了用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)仪快速测定聚乙烯(PE)中微量抗氧剂含量的方法,确定了微量抗氧剂与固体粉料的混合方式为溶剂混合;经分析抗氧剂A、抗氧剂B、硬脂酸钙和PE粉料的FTIR谱图,确定了在PE中抗氧剂A、抗氧剂B的特征峰分别为1 739.51,855.29cm-1处的吸收峰,同时根据两种抗氧剂的标准曲线可知,抗氧剂的含量与其特征峰的吸收强度有良好的线性关系,相关系数达0.995以上,抗氧剂A的相对误差小于5%,抗氧剂B的相对误差小于6%。该方法准确、可靠,可以快速定量分析聚烯烃中微量抗氧剂的含量。 Contents of antioxidants in polyethylene (PE) were measured by means of Fourier transform infrared Spectrometry (FTIR). Suitable solvent commixing method was selected to mix antioxidants with PE powder. By comparing FTIR spectrograms of antioxidant A, antioxidant B, calcium stearate and PE, characteristic peaks of antioxidant A and antioxidant B in PE were confirmed at 1739.51 and 855.29 cm-1 Respectively. According to standard curves of antioxidant A and B, peak areas of which increased linearly and perfectly along with their contents. Correlation coefficient was more than 0.995. Relative errors of antioxidant A and B were less than 5% and 6%, respectively. This method was accurate, reliable and quick, and could be applied for determination of small amount of antioxidant in polyolefin.
