摘要
利用机械动力学原理,建立了CK7815数控机床进给伺服系统的模型,并基于Simu—link建立了系统的仿真模型,获得了反映系统性能的仿真曲线.并根据仿真模型分析了间隙、死区等非线性因素对系统精确度的影响,提出了改进性能的措施.为数控机床进给伺服系统的设计、参数的选择以及性能的改进提供了理论依据.
Feed servo system model of CK7815 NC machine tool was constructed by applying theorem of mechanical dynamics. Simulation model of the system was built up based on Simulink, and simulation curves of responding system performances were acquired. According to simulation model the effect of backlash and dead zone nonlinear on system performances was analyzed, and the measures of improving the system performances were put forward. The paper has supplied theoretical basis for design, parameters choice and performances improvement of NC machine tool feed servo system.
