后路全髋关节置换术后早期康复的疗效观察 被引量:17

摘要 目的:探讨后路全髋关节置换术后早期康复治疗的效果。方法:将后路全髋关节置换术后进行康复治疗的45例患者及未行康复治疗的34例患者于术前、术后2周、术后3个月、术后6个月进行调查、比较,分析其Harris评分、关节脱位发生情况。结果:康复治疗组在术后3个月及6个月时Harris评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05),对照组在术后2周内有2例发生关节脱位。结论:早期康复治疗对预防术后关节脱位有明显作用。
