摘要
欧盟农业产业化的发展有其体制、经济、科技、农业自身发展需要等背景。欧盟农业产业化的代表———法国农业产业化经营,以粮食产业化、奶类产业化和酒类产业化为特色,荷兰农业产业化以花卉、蔬菜、水果等的产业化为特色。欧盟农业产业化的形式有:农业合作社、农业公司、合同契约、参股控股等。欧盟农业产业化的绩效表现为:高效的农业产业结构;现代化的农业生产体系;发达的农产品加工体系;规范的农产品市场体系;强大的农产品出口贸易体系;健全的农业教育、科研、推广体系。
The agricultural industrialization in the European Union is the result of its institutional advantages and the development of its economy, science and technology, and agriculture. Agricultural industrialization takes on various forms in EU, such as agricultural cooperatives, agricultural companies, agricultural contracts, and so on. The performance of agricultural industrialization in EU includes a highly efficient agricultural structure, modern production system, advanced processing system of products, standard product markets, a developed product exporting system, and a complete system of agricultural education, research and extension.
