甲状腺肿瘤三维彩色血管能量成像与微血管密度表达的研究

摘要 目的:探讨甲状腺肿瘤的三维血管成像(three-dimensionalcolorpowerangio3D-CPA),特点及其血管病理学基础,评价3D-CPA鉴别甲状腺肿瘤的临床应用价值。方法:对78例甲状腺肿瘤患者,术前应用3D-CPA,检测肿瘤的血管分类,术后应用抗Ⅷ因子多克隆抗体对组织进行免疫组织化学染色,记数肿瘤的微血管密度(MicrovesseldensityMVD).结果:甲状腺癌MVD显著高于良性肿瘤p〈0.01结论:3D-CPA可用于术前间接评价肿瘤的血管生成为甲状腺肿瘤的诊断与鉴别诊断,提供有价值的信息。 Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of 3D-CPA in differentiating thyroid tumors by studying tumors` vascular pathology .Methods:seventy eight thyroid tumors were examined preoperatively with 3D-PCA.The vascular pattern of the tumor were assessed respectively.icrovessels were stained immunohistochemically by using anti-Factor Ⅷrelated Antigen.Respectively after operation .The microvessel density (MVD) was analogy Result:The MVD in thyroid cancers were significantly stronger than in begin thyroid tumors (p<0.01).Conclusion:3D-PCA may be used to evaluate the angiogensis in thyroid tumors before operation and could provide valuable information for the differential diagnosis of thyroid tumors.
