摘要
作为科层制组织的学校,管理者权威是不可或缺的。以工具理性而言,管理者权威可以通过指令和物质诱因为主的管理方式,依赖规章制度、物质刺激等"显性模式"获得;但从价值理性的角度看,作为社会专业性组织的学校管理者权威,应当以促成教职工认同管理者秉承的办学理念为目标,建立双方合作—激励关系为指向,通过价值观念、教育理念和工作方式等认同的"隐性模式"来构建。
The school as a social organization,its administrators can establish their authority through orders and physical stimulations in a instrumental rational way(the visual approach); and the administrators can also do that through building up the school vision and constructing a relation of collaboration-motivation among the staff in valuable rational way(the tacit approach). The authors have suggested that the authority should be built in a hidden way through the idea of value and education and the way of working.
