摘要
锅炉使用型煤可明显地减少烟尘和SO2的排放,有利于环境保护。型煤的固硫剂一般采用价廉量大的CaCO3,但生成的CaSO4在1000℃左右的高温下易分解,以致降低了固硫效率。研制了一种复合添加剂,使生成的CaSO4在高温下不易分解,因而提高了型煤的固硫率和实用性。
The shaped coal used in boiler could reduce outcome of ash and SO_2. It is benefit to environment protection. The fixing sulfur agent in shaped coal widely used the cheap CaCO_3. But their outcome CaSO_4 could partly decompose to SO_2 in high temperature, the fixing sulfur is not effective. A composite fixing sulfur agent is studied, the outcome CaSO_4 is not easy to decompose in high temperature. So the composite fixing sulfur agent in shaped coal achieve good result.
