摘要
讨论了利用阴极溶出伏安法和单扫描极谱法分别测定碘离子及碘酸根离子时的极谱条件。试验表明,碘离子及碘酸根离子共存时,该方法能分别测定不同存在形式碘的含量,结果准确可靠。测定I-工作曲线的线性范围为1.0×10-8mol/L^3.5×10-5mol/L,相关系数为0.9961;测定IO3-工作曲线的线性范围为1.0×10-7mol/L^2.5×10-3mol/L,相关系数为0.9980。
In this paper,the author discusses polarographic condition under which iodine ions and iodate radicals are determined respectively with cathode stripping voltammetry and single-scanning polarography.The experiment indicates that when iodine ions and iodate radicals co-exist,this process can determine iodine content in different forms respectively with accurate and reliable results obtained.Linearity range of I- working curve is determined to be 1.0×10-8mol/L^3.5×10-5mol/L and correlation coefficient is 0.9961.Linearity range of IO3- working curve is determined to be 1.0×10-7mol/L^2.5×10-3mol/L and correlation coefficient is 0.9980.
