摘要
移动式破碎站的料仓设计内容包括料仓形状、斗容、下料倾角和给料机等。设计采用了料仓和棒条给料机组合,以及斜面与水平面夹角控制加棱边与水平面夹角控制的新方法,消除了料仓的死料堆积。尺寸设计兼顾连续输料和紧凑布局,设计出的料仓满足了移动式破碎站整机要求。
This paper presents the design of the hopper in the full mobile crusher station. The design includes the shape, the tilting angles of the hopper, feeder and so on. Some special designs are used, such as integrating feeder with the hopper, using the angle control between edge and bottom plane, and adding the angle control between the side and bottom plane. The designed hopper can satisfy both the raw material discharged completely from the hopper and continuous delivery to the crusher. It is also verified to satisfy the requirements of the whole station.
