罗汉果多糖的分离纯化及分析 被引量:22

摘要 采用热水法提取罗汉果多糖,用Sevag法去除蛋白质,通过用DEAE 纤维素柱和SephadexG 200柱的分离纯化得到2个多糖组分。经测定,其相对分子质量分别为Mr1=430000,Mr2=650000。组分1的单糖组成:葡萄糖、半乳糖、木糖、阿拉伯糖、鼠李糖和葡萄糖醛酸;组分2的单糖组成;鼠李糖、葡萄糖醛酸。 The extraction of polysaccharides from siraitia grosvenorii (SGPS) was studied. The crude polysaccharides was purified by chromatographic columns of DEAE-cellulose and Sephadex G-200 to get SGPS1 and SGPS2, respectively. According to TLC, SGPS1 was composed of D-glucose, D-galactose, D-xylose, L-arabiose, L-rhamnose and glycuronic acid. SGPS2 was composed of L-rhamnose and glycuronic acid. Their homogenity and molecular mass were measured by HPLC. Relative molecular mass of SGPS1 and SGPS2 were 430000 and 650000, respectively.
