摘要
采用长链烷基季胺盐对蒙脱土进行有机改性,将改性后的蒙脱土与双酚A型环氧树脂以及酸酐固化剂充分混合固化制得复合材料。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM )对材料的微观结构进行表征,并对材料的力学性能、热性能进行了研究。
The epoxy resin/methyl-nadic anhydride(MNA)/organophilic montmorillonite(OMMT)composite was prepared,in which the OMMT was modified by long chain alkyl quaternary amˉmonium salts.The microstructure was characterized by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD)and Scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The effect of OMMT on the properties of composite was studied,the results show that the epoxy/montmorillonite composite possessed better mechanical and thermal properties than unmodified epoxy.
