摘要
针对现场缺乏大管径风量准确测量有效手段的问题,利用软测量和数据融合的方法,建立了多个基于统计分析的风量软测量模型,并将多传感器数据融合技术应用到软测量的数据处理上,有效提高了软测量预测值的可靠性和准确性。最后通过在一个实际的风机上的应用,仿真验证了基于数据融合的风量软测量模型的有效性。
The soft-sensing technique of air flow of fans based on data fusion is presented according to the problem that it is not easy to measured air flow in the plant. More than one soft-sensing models of air flow based on regression analysis are set up. Using multisensor data fusion, more reliable and accurate value of air flow is obtained. The validity of soft-sensing models of a practical fan has been verified through simulations.
