摘要
以纳米填料改性环氧树脂为基体,空心微珠和有机纤维为隔热填料,采用湿法缠绕工艺制备了纳米隔热材料.结果表明,F12型纳米隔热材料的隔热性能最佳,其热导率(20~150℃)为0.23~0.28 W/(m·K),且随着温度的升高而增加.此外,隔热材料在150℃下加热100s后,背壁温度不超过50℃.
With nanoparticles modified epoxy serving as matrix, hollow glass bead and organic fiber as heat-insulating fillers, nano-heat-insulating materials are prepared by wet-winding. The results show that F 12-type nano-heat-insulating materials have better heat-insulating property. Their thermal conductivity(20~150℃) is 0.23~0.28 W/(m·K), and increases with the increasing temperature. When the materials are heated at 150℃ for 100 s, its backside temperature is lower than 50℃.
