摘要
目的评价塑化剂溶解液应用于塑化根管再通的效果。方法选择72颗离体牙随机分为2组模拟塑化治疗,随后拆除塑化剂,实验组用15#-30#K型不锈钢扩大锉和塑化剂溶解液(酚克除,Resosolv),对照组仪用15#-30#K型不锈钢扩大锉。然后劈开牙齿观察塑化剂残余量。结果在到达工作长度方面,两组之间存在显著性差异(P<0.01);实验组到达工作长度所用的时间比对照组少,两者间存在显著性差异(P<0.01);各组在根管的任何一个部位(牙根冠、中、尖1/3)都有塑化剂残余,而且都存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论塑化剂溶解液可提高塑化根管的再通率;所有的器械都会在根管内残余塑化剂,进一步进行根管清理、扩大、塑形,达到完善根管预备的要求是必需的。
Objective To evaluate the effects of resinified solvate applied to re-treatment of resinified root canal. Methods 72 teeth that were resinified were randomly divided into experiment group and control group. The experiment group was treated with resinified solvate (Resosolv), the control group was treated by K-file (15#-30#). The teeth were subsequently split in vertical section, and the amount of resinifying remnants within the canals after the re-treatment procedure was examined. Results There was a significant difference between the two groups concerning the rate of achieving the working length (P<0.01). The experiment group was significantly faster than the control group (P<0.01). All groups had left resinifing remnants inside the canal. In the coronal, middle, and apical third of canal, there was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Resinified solvate can enhance the rate of reopening the resinified canals. But all instruments may leave resinifing remnants in the canal. It's necessary to clean and shape the root canal ulteriorly.
