摘要
实验比较了桃仁五种不同炮制品(生、(火单)、炒、蒸、皮)对小鼠抗凝血、抗血栓、抗炎、润肠作用的影响。证明桃仁生用作用最强,桃仁皮也有很好的活血抗炎之效。经(火单)、炒、蒸等炮制后其作用趋向缓和。为桃仁炮制品的合理应用提供了初步的实验依据。
Effects of 5 processed samples of Semen Persicae on anti-cogiation blood, anti-thrombsis, anti-inflammation, aperitive action in mice were studied. The results showed that the pharmacological action of unprocessed Semen Persicae and its cover were stronger than other processed samples. The result supplied with basis for the reasonable using of the processed samples.
