摘要
比较了宽体金线蛭3种炮制品,对小鼠急性炎症模型的抗炎作用、免疫吞噬能力。以体内、外抗凝及体内抗栓作用为指标,比较了供试品不同使用方法的活血作用,为全面认识宽体金线蛭的药理作用及合理使用方法,提供了初步实验依据。
Effects of 3 processed samples of Whitmania pigra on anti-infiammation and immune phagocytosis in mice of acute inflammation were studied. Activating blood circulation actions of the samples with different using methods were compared by anticoagulation and antithrormas in mice as well as action of antithrombin. The result supplied scientific basis for completely understanding pharmacological actions and rational using methods of Whitrnania pigra.
