摘要
采用火焰原子吸收法在同一溶液中测定了麦冬果实中8种微量元素的含量,采用UV法对麦冬中总黄酮的含量进行了测定。分析结果表明,麦冬果实中钾、钙等微量元素的含量丰富,钾达到17.09mg/g,钙达到8.22mg/g,总黄酮最高时可达4.412mg/mL,最低时也可达2.015mg/mL。
<Abstrcat>The contents of 8 trace elements in fruit of ophiopogon japonicus were measured using the method of FAAS, and the total content of flavones was determined by UV spectrometric method. Results showed that the content of potassium, calcium, total flavones were 17.09 mg/g, 8.22 mg/g, 2.015~ 4.412 mg/g respectively.
