摘要
为探讨下丘脑交叉上核在针刺效应时辰差别中的作用,以大鼠血浆cAMP和cGMP会量为电针效应的指标,观察了不同时辰电针正常大鼠和交叉上核损毁大鼠足三里穴对血浆cAMP和cGMP含量的影响。结果显示:1、正常大鼠血浆cAMP和cGMP会量呈双峰样昼夜节津变化,午时电针使大鼠血浆cAMP和cGMP含量变化的幅度显著大于卯、酉和子时电针时血浆cAMP和cGMP含量的变化幅度。2、电解损毁大鼠双侧交叉上核后,大鼠血浆cAMP和cGMP会量失去双峰样昼夜节律变化,电针后各时辰cAMP和cGMP血桨会量变化幅度相比差别不明显。提示时间因素在针刺治疗中有重要作用,下丘脑交叉上核可能是调控针刺效时辰差别的主要中枢所在。
AbstractElectro-acupuncture effects at different time of a day in normal andxuprachiaxmatic nucleux letsioned rats were obxerved and analysed on changed contents of plasma cAMP and cGMP. The results showed that:1.The contents of plasma cAMP and cGMP in normal rats changed with two peak values at the four Shi Chen of a day. Electro-acupuncture on Zuxanli in normal rats could make the contents of plaxma cAMP and cGMP changed. Electro-acupuncture effect wasmost effective at Wu Shi group with significant difference as compared with that at other threeShi Chen groups.2. After suprachiasmatic nucleus was damaqged,the contents of plasma cAMPand cGMP lost their circadian variation,and the difference of electro-acupuncture effects be-tween the four Shi Chen groups were not significant.The rexults indicate that the effects ofacupuncture are different at different time of a day,and suprachiasmatic nucleus plays an impor-tant role in modulating the differential effects of acupuncture at different time.
