摘要
热重分析仪对温度控制的要求很高,传统PID控制器不适合模型未知系统,为了设计一个适合热重分析仪的温度控制器,通过对已有的PID和模糊控制方法的对比和研究,将输入、输出变量量化处理,通过模糊控制规则的制订,模糊控制表的建立,设计并实现了一种用于程序升温/恒温/降温的新型模糊PID控制器。通过实验验证,该方法对于复杂条件下的高级温度控制表现出了优秀的性能。将该温度控制器应用于热重分析仪,取得了很好的效果,其指标超过国家标准。
Thermal gravimetric analyzer asking for temperature controlling is in high level,the conventional PID controller is unfit for the former unknown system. For designing a temperature controller fit for thermal gravimetric analyzer, by studying and contrasting the existing PID controller and fuzzy controller, by quantzing with the in-out variable, framing fuzzy-controlling rules,establishing fuzzy-controlling table,a new type of fuzzy-PID temperature controller is designed used to control programmable heating .This advanced controller has good performance in the condition that the temperature and the heating rate vary widely. Using it in thermal gravimetric analyzer,We obtained very good effect the index exceeded national standard
