摘要
在阐述耕地总量动态平衡的内涵的基础上,分析了河北省实现耕地总量动态平衡的可行性,提出了河北省实现耕地总量动态平衡的途径与措施。
Based on the connotation elaborating of the dynamic balance of total farmland, this paper analyzes the possibility of the total farmland dynamic balance in Hebei. Some approaches or countermeasures for realizing the dynamic balance of total farmland in Hebei are pus forward.
