摘要
提出了采用数据挖掘技术对泵送混凝土质量进行管理和控制的解决方案。概述了数据挖掘技术和数据仓库技术,提出了基于数据挖掘技术的质量控制和管理模型以及系统的整体架构,并详细阐述了数据挖掘算法中的统计分析法和决策树法在该系统中建模和应用的过程。该系统运用到实际生产过程中达到系统最初设计目标,效果良好。
This paper introduced the whole process that how to apply the technology of data mining into the design of the system of Pump Concrete Expert System. Owing to the problems existing in the technologies and the environment of construction, the application of data mining was imperative under the situation. Firstly the technology of data mining was analyzed and then the statistic analysis and decision trees were used successfully in the system based of the actual requirement. The model of data mining and the whole framework founded on the quality control were provided at the same time. The system was triumphantly applied into the factual production, which was worth mentioning.
