摘要
目的:观察小剂量麦芽糖注射液对各种疾病患者血糖和胰岛素水平的影响,并与葡萄糖注射液对比。方法:采用随机双盲平行对照的临床试验设计,共入选患者57例,试验组(n=27)静脉输注10%麦芽糖注射液500mL·d^(-1),对照组(n=30)静脉输注5%葡萄糖注射液500mL·d^(-1),疗程皆为3d。测定患者每天给药前,给药结束后即刻,给药结束后2h的血糖和血胰岛素水平。并于试验前24h和试验结束后1d进行实验室检查。结果:试验组血糖和血胰岛素的波动小于对照组(P<0.05)。试验前后血、尿常规,肝、肾功能、血尿酸均未出现与药物相关变化。结论:在50g·d^(-1)剂量时麦芽糖注射液对血糖和血胰岛素的影响小于葡萄糖注射液。
Objective: To evaluate the effects of maltose injection versus glucose injection on blood sugar and insulin in sick adults. Methods: A randomized, double-blind and parallel-controlled clinical study recruited fifty-seven subjects, who were randomized intravenously to administer either 10% maltose injection of 500mL daily or 5% glucose injection of 500 mL daily for 3 days. The glycemia and insulin levels were monitored before, immediate after and 2 hours after the administration of either injection. The routine blood tests, urinalysis tests, hepatic and renal functions and uric acid were measured before and after the treatment. Results: The glycemia and insulin levels were not significantly affected by the maltose injection compared to the glucose injection (P<0.05). No significant changes were found in all relevant lab tests before and after either injection. Conclusion: Maltose injection at a dose of 50 g daily resulted in insignificant effects for glyeemia and insulin levels compared with the glucose iniection.
